HDSDR is a freeware Software Defined Radio (SDR) program for Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10. Typical applications are Radio listening, Ham Radio, SWL. Download sdr radio XP for free. System Utilities downloads - SDR-RADIO.com by SDR-RADIO.com and many more programs are available for instant and free download. To install HDSDR, download the program from the link on the main HDSDR page, then to use the RTL-SDR you will need to download the ExtIORTL2832.dll file an place it into the HDSDR folder. When opening HDSDR, select the newly copied ExtIORTL2832.dll. Windows 10 Instructions: Download and extract it. Navigate to the bin folder and click sdr-trunk.bat If you're decoding P25 systems you need JMBE. Then navigate the menus View User Preferences JMBE Audio Library Create Library. Aug 06, 2015 The RTL-SDR is fully compatible with Windows 10. However with the recent release of Windows 10 some users have been having trouble using their RTL-SDR after upgrading. We thought that we'd announce that the simple solution to most problems is to reinstall the SDR drivers with Zadig. The latest version of Zadig can be downloaded from zadig.akeo.ie or if you use SDR# then it will already be in.
Note:'libusb-based' above means an application that uses either libusb, libusb-win32 or libusbK.
